What details are included when promoting my class on your website?
We feature comprehensive information about your class, including the instructor's details, class description, schedule, and any other relevant information to help potential participants make informed decisions.
What insurance requirements do you have for instructors?
To ensure a safe environment, we require a minimum liability insurance of $50,000.00. Instructors must provide a certificate from their insurance company, naming MA Development and Training LLC as the Certificate Holder. This should be submitted via email at least 48 hours before the reservation date.
What happens if the insurance certificate is not provided on time?
Unfortunately, failure to submit the insurance certificate within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of the booking. We recommend prompt submission to avoid any inconvenience.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a reservation is canceled, a refund will be issued, but it is capped at 60% of the total reservation amount. We encourage you to review our cancellation policy before finalizing your reservation.
